Spring ACT Workshop

Join us for an engaging one-day intensive training in Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), led by Dr. Kirk Strosahl, PhD (one of the founders of ACT and a peer-reviewed trainer). Focused ACT lends itself well to primary care, behavioral health consulting, and other allied health settings where interventions are brief, in addition to traditional therapy settings. During this training, you will develop skills needed to conduct change oriented interviews, create life changing problem reframes, and to motivate radical behavior change. You may also be able to earn 6 CE credits (pending approval).
